Hi Members,

I am from India. I have question in regards to applying Study Permit visa for Canada before I begin the process. I request the experts on this forum to provide their best solution/advice.

I completed my tenth in 2000 and Intermediate in 2002. Due to some personal and financial issues, I didn't continue my Bachelor's Degree and have with two backlogs. (I was supposed complete my degree in the year 2005)

Since from 2009, I am working as Business Development Manager with few software based companies.

I got to know that in order to qualify for immigration under Express Entry, I should require atleast 15 years of full time education. In this scenario do I have any chances to Immigrate to Canada if I have an offer letter from any Canadian Employer?

If the above point is not considered in my case, Can I still apply to Canada for Study Permit visa for any business management related Bachelors degree (undergraduate) courses?

Please advice...

Thanks

1.do not know much about EE but if you have a job offer from Canadian company then you could apply for work permit with LMIA.
you can work in Canada then
if so, you can find another way to immigrate in canada. ex- provincial nominee program etc.

2. in order to apply for study permit, you need a acceptance letter from university or college, solid fund and home tie etc.
so you might wanna start to look for the school then you could prepare for study permit.

Thanks Floomy for this information :). Yes, I even did a quick search about PNP programs.

So, once I get the nomination for any PNP programs (SINP OR NSNP), will there be still any obligation from CIC in regards to my education ?

Application process for SINP is completely online and it is different NSNP. NOC 6221 best suits my experience, but i do not see it listed for NSNP.

applying for PR (through any category ) and holding a study permit is irrelevant.

you can study with valid study permit and renew when you need.
also apply for PGWP when you finish the program.
