Request for evidence of household dependents

hello all,

Sponsoring my mother in law for a visitor visa. Received this message today. Any ideas what the best document would be for this? I was thinking of using my benefits from work form since it has all my dependents listed on it. Not sure if that’s strong enough though.

Client Information: Receipt of information from client Please provide evidence of the
household size of your relative's (sponsor's) household size. This must be received at this office by: March 8 2019

Your immediate family information is being requested. Immediate family is spouses and children who maybe dependent on you.

I do understand what they are asking but I’m not sure what the best document would be to send them. Any ideas?

To prove your relationship with your spouse:

• shared ownership of residential property
• joint leases or rental agreements
• bills for shared utility accounts, such as:
  • gas
  • electricity
  • telephone
  • joint utility accounts
• important documents for both of you showing the same address, such as:
  • driver’s licenses
  • insurance policies
• identification documents
• Marriage certificate (notarized copy)

For children:
Birth certificate.
