Request for Additional Document - Duties & Responsibilities

Hello everyone ,

I got a mail from cic asking to submit additional document quoting
"Details of your job and conditions of employment. Please provide an official list of duties from ' XXXLimited' for yourself."

I have submitted all relevant documents , but unfortunately my experience letter does not mention the job duties and responsibilities of my last position in the Company . I had left the company in 2011 and am not working anymore. As per the company policy they cannot issue any reference letters for these purposes .I am from India
What is the way out .
Do I need a letter from the company or can I just mention it in a word document and submit it.

If am not wrong it should be in Company letter.
you Mentioned u left the company in 2011, So is this ur last job in india?

That's correct , that was my last job in India .
What if the company doesn't provide such documents , which is probably the case in all Indian companies. What is the solution?

I seen a similar situation in one of my friend case, He prepared himself job duties and responsibilty letter on company letter and submitted. It worked for him. But i dont think it will work out for everyone. So before submitting take multiple opinions on this.

May i Know ur CRS score and when you enter the pool and ITA draw number?

How did your friend print on a company letter ? isn't it illegal ?

My score was 443 .

Any one else who had this issue , all other posts in reference to this are mostly on Reference Letters or Experience Letters , all my other documents are fine only bit missing is the jobs and responsibilities .

Any suggestion, anyone ?

Hello,

Apologies for re-opening this thread 4 years later. I am in similar situation. I got a request to provide another Employment letter because the one I provided initially was missing my duties and responsibilities. I was able to obtain a new letter from my employer with all requested information. How did it work out for you? Did you pass the eligibility review? I would appreciate if you could share your timeline.
