I'd like advice on this scenario:
- An applicant applies for Visitor Visa via an agent.
- The applicant then links the application to her GC Key account (thereby un-linking the application from the agent's GC Key account)
- Now the applicant would like to withdraw the application. How does she request the refund to another bank account, and not the agent's original credit card?
She has the receipt number and can see the receipt in the application as well as the payment portal: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/viewAllReceipts.do
But when clicking request a refund, it says to submit a webform to withdraw the application first. So what does she have to tell in the webform?
