I recently contacted the coordinator, she said i will hear the decision shortly.

are you eligible because i guess dalhousie requires 7 bands ( dnt know for dat course) and concordia requires 6.5 for masters isnt it?
 
yes...concordia is out of box now in my case now..dalhousie does not need ielts for INTWK course if instruction medium was english(16 yrs of edu)

well dalhousie is a good university, if they takes you.. then i dnt think that bands matter dat much, it"s d offer letter dat matters the more..
even i will be applying also for the first time for visa.
