Hi everyone,
I am applying next week, its my 2nd attempt for SP. My consultant do all paper work for me. She wrote a representative submission letter and cover all details in that. She said no need for SOP or LOE this letter cover all details. Its 6 page letter with headings. I am worry is that okay??
Please guys advise me. Anyone else through consultant or representative ? Pls share your ideas. Mine were Canada based firm.
Thank you

was your first attempt with an agent?

As far as I know, an SOP/LOE is a very crucial documents in SP application so I don't understand why your agent wouldn't want to include it.. most people who got their SP approval using an agent submitted SOP/LOE at the request of their agents

EXCEPT the 6pages letter is a relates format of an SOP/LO.. you should confirm properly and let no agent bully you out of your curiosity without given you a convincing reason

This time i am paying in dollars big amount. When i ask questions she become rude.. i dont know why..she says we just need to convince visa officer with previous refusal reasons. She discuss all that in letter.
My husband is sponsoring me..she even didnt writing a letter from his side to show consent. When i ask she says i already mentioned in letter that who is sponsoring u
.. i am so worry..i paid a big amount in $s so i cant do anything

its so painful to see how your case is developing, well.. just keep your hopes high
yes wishing for positive results. in last application i didn't submit property documents. this time i make strong application.
surprisingly, they didn't said anything on my study gap or choice of course or any thing relating to education, that makes me more concerned .is that okay? here in this page i saw a lot of refusal reasons stating their educational backgrounds etc. my lawyer said its good, they find you eligible in that category, just minor concerns which need to address. let see. will submit in 2 days.

its something positive when some areas of an application is been able to satisfy the VO, it gives less work & focus more to other relevant areas.. just try to make a good case & surely you will get it this time
