Hi there,

My husband helped with my in-laws visitor visa applications, he has to fill out the representative form. Do you fill that out for each family member since this is paper application?

For people who are applying online, they are only required to submit one representative form as it was mentioned at the top of the page. But for paper application they didn't mention anything.

thanks in advance!

Depends on how your in-laws are related to each other: if they are married to one another, they can use one form together. Else, one each.

Father-in-law and Mother-in-law plus two dependent children.

Sorry, the form seems to have changed from when I last used it. It looks like the FIL and MIL have to accomplish two separate forms, and if the dependent children are over 18, they can sign it themselves. If under 18, the parents will sign.
