Report someone with Fake Experience in Health Care Sector

How do I report someone who migrated with a fake work experience in Health care sector, As I consider this as a great threat for somebody who is going to hospital in future. The person is potentially Canadian citizen now and already went through a investigation for professional competence but was able to come out safe by lying. The investigation committe was most likely not able to verify foreign experience
