Hello! How long does it take to receive a reply back from VFS after emailing them for 2-way courier service for the first time? It's been couple of days already.

I sent email on DEC 01 to passportsubmission@vfshelpline.com, mentioned application number in subject, gave all proforma details and attached the OPR. Wonder why they didn't respond at all. My ticket number begins with 107

Could you please share at what time you got that email, sender ID, and date of biometrics?
I received it around 12 pm from the same sender id and biometrics on 19 march.
I mentioned received passport submission request in subject.
Hope you'll get reply soon.

thank you bro; VFS process has been another headache on its own even after OPR. I hope we passports stamped before DEC 25. Have you sent any reminder emails? if so, how? did you mention ticket number?

No I haven't sent any reminder emails just the one with OPR and other information as per the proforma and replied today with tracking ID.
Yeah, I thought things would be sorted once I received passport request but that hasn't been the case.

same thing is happening with me. I sent the first email on November 30th and still haven't heard back. I haven't submitted the proforma details yet though. But I did attach the OPR and receipt for premium lounge services. My ticker number is 106... I don't think they are following first come, first serve.

yeah - it's crazy how VFS got so much time to prepare and still messed up; I wish we could send passports on our own courier

yeah exactly! I don't know how can I even contact them without emailing them again. They say don't send multiple email but what can we even do. They don't even have active helpline number to assist us.
