Dear members,

please help me clarify something.

My application package reached CIO on the 20th of December 2011. My NOC is 3112. The cap was reached by mid-january 2012. I haven't received any answer from CIO so far.

I wrote to them asking about my application, and they replied by saying that they cannot find records of my submission being received by the office, so I have to make sure that the processing fees have been transacted.

I asked at the bank and they told me that the payment hasn't been encashed.

Could you please what this means? Does it mean that my application hasn't been reviewed by the office yet, that's why they cannot find records, or it means that the application hasn't reached CIO yet?

have you tracking number of tcs or fedex?
you applied directly or through consultant?
whenyour application reached there, what was the total application received by cic of your NOC?
you senT them CSE?

It could also mean that the cap was already reached when they finally opened your application - assuming it got there in the first place. In this case they would have returned the whole application and kept no records. It might take several months until it gets back to you.
