reply after application submission?

hi... i recently submitted my skilled worker Canada immigration application to Buffalo, Ny location. my question is, when and how they reply that the application has been received.

is there anything i need to do after submitting the application?

After they go through your application, they will send you a mail with the file number. If the application is not complete, they will send back the application to you to complete it. For now, you do not have to do anything other than waiting.
