Repeating an ECA with incremental degree

I applied for WES ECA with Diploma in Engineering (10+2+3) and got my ECA as Bachelors 3 Years. I have submitted it in me EE application but have not received any ITA yet.

However I did not submit my second bachelors degree in the ECA evaluation and I believe having the second evaluation may increase my chance. Can I go for second ECA from WES and update my existing EE profile? What will be the key steps?

You can get a second ECA and once you have the results then update your profile. You can’t update your profile until you have the ECA.
