Has anybody ever had their Express Entry Profile reopened after getting their CoPR and PR visa stamped on the Passport? May sound illogical but it happens.
Just wanted to know as I have got it reopened because I will not be able to make the landing before the required landing date mentioned in my CoPR. I intimated my visa office about my inability to land before the required date as my wife is expecting in June. The landing date is mid-May (just a few days away). The visa office emailed me and said that all further communication will be done through myCIC account. Now myCIC account in the Application Status field says "We received your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you."
Logic dictates that they will contact me once the child is delivered as I also gave them an expected delivery due date but I'm worried as there has been no contact since a couple of weeks and my initial landing date is now expiring in a few days time. Probably worried for no reason but wanted to know if anybody else was in a similar situation?
