Reopen refused TRV

Was anyone able to reopen refused study permit or visitor visa file? How can we request to reconsider appliction if there is an error on the part of CHC and CIC? I have very strong arguments against visa officer's decision. VO did not even read my application.

What were your refusal reasons? What evidence did you provide in your application and what is your profile?

You can certainly ask the VO to reconsider - but they most likely won't.

Bachelors program at one the Ontario universities.
Previous study: Cambridge Intl A Level, grades A and B.
They are usual generic reasons such as home ties and purpose of visit. I have no family in Canada and I gave ample proof of home ties. I gave prop evaluation certificate- 6 properties owned by my parents (worth C$1 million). My statement of purpose clearly depicted that I would return back to my home country. I myself wrote SOP as I have 8 band in IELTS. I have prepared an appeal against visa officer's decision with the help of my uncle. My uncle is a law graduate of King's College London. how should I proceed because I am pretty sure VO did not even bother to read my file and SOP?

Did CIC reopen the file did u appeal or what did u do?

Which course did u apply? And what level of education do u have right now?? My application was also refused for the same reasons
