I am planning to move to Halifax as a new immigrant in the end of April 2017. I need a full time accommodation on economical rent. I require a 1 bedroom apartment. Do i need to show any credit history? what terms i have to agree with the landlord? Can i book before arriving? is it advisable to book in advance?
