My partner is a visitor in Canada but needs his Latvian passport to be renewed. Problem is the Latvian embassy is too far away and the trip would be to expensive. So I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what we can do to get his passport renewed?
He can't leave Canada because we are working towards a common law sponsorship and if he left that would kinda set us back.
