Renewed passport and Valid Work Permit

Hi everyone, I have a valid work permit till July 2021. I recently renewed my passport and it has a visa stamp till Feb 2021 (based on validity of my previous passport). What should I do next to get the visa stamp on the passport for the remaining period?
When I searched, in many places it has written that your work permit validity is related to your passport validity.

If you have a valid work permit till July 2021 , it doesn’t matters if you renewed your passport. Your work permit is still valid till July 2021. You just need to carry both passports if you choose to travel. Visa stamped till feb 2021 doesn’t affects the validity of work permit.

Thanks a lot @sahilarora2003. If in decided to travel, won't I need a Visa if I want to reenter again? I was trying to see how to get a new stamp in that case.

You need a TRV to re-enter if you choose to travel outside Canada.
