Renewal of visitor visa in canada

hello,
my girl friend who is chinese is currently in canada on a single entry visitor visa. we are planning to get married so that i can eventually apply for her pr. however making all the marriage preparations is taking some time. so my question was if (she is currently in Canada and i want to renew her visitor permit/visa which is about to expire after 6 months)

1) how good her chances will be to renew her visitor visa if she applies with the reason that she wants to continue to tour Canada. we can include the required financial documents for her and other details. most of the visitor visa renewal details that i have seen online, are only after the couple have been married or other such family reasons, i have not seen any where the reason is tourism related.


if anyone has any experience in this, if you can please help us out, i would really appreciate the same

Her chances for renewal are very good. Just apply online and they will make a decision. Apply for a year. They will likely give you six months. You can include financial inforation for her or you could just submit a letter stating your status in Canada and that you will be responsible for her financially.
