There are a lot of answers about PR card renewal in the "Permanent Residency Obligations" section of the forum

This should be answered there, if not it's better to post the question there.

Note that PR renewal and citizenship are two completely independent applications, so whatever it says over there regarding PR renewal also applies to yours.
