Hello All,
I, along with my family, am here in canada an AINP nominee on work permit visa and during the medical exam my dependent was diagnosed with active TB since then she already went thru 6 months of TB treatment and now everything looks fine including sputum test. We haven't heard anything back from immigration on our PR and our work permit will expire in few month so thinking of extending it. While filing online application for work permit, it was asked whether you or any one of your dependent have suffered from any serious mental or physical illness? so wanted to get your opinion on this, is the answer to above question "yes" if someone has gone thru active TB?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
canadabie.
