In we did my wifes medical exams in South Korea. The hospital sent it directly to the Canadian whoever for her PR app.

We are renewing her visitor visa now.

They are asking her to upload her medical exam papers. Which she doesn't have.

Any suggestions?

Where are they asking for that? Take a look at the application to extend a visitor's visa here. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visitor.asp

Medical is not required.

i am not sure but what I am told from the office at Vancouver airport, Korean would need to do medical for renewal visitor visa.

It will be nice if i do not need to do medical , would save me $$.

you should call CIC

I renewed my Korean wife's visitor's visa last October. We submitted no medical because the doc checklist didn't require it. The extension was granted.

I applied online for an extension today (visa exempt from Germany). A medical exam was required in my checklist. I had a pdf copy of my medical exam which I made before I included it in my sponsorship application. So I was able to upload it

I did it by paper application. As you'll see by the document checklist in the link I provided, no medical is required. I know the online application says you have to provide one, but when I called CIC and asked, the agent said no medical is required in either scenario, and thought I was crazy for asking about it.

I think there is little advantage to applying online. It gets processed a little faster, but once you've applied, either by paper application or online, you have implied status anyway, so it really doesn't matter if it takes a month or two longer to process it.

I did it online because I don't like that waste of paper and paying for postage ;-)
I still have 2 months valid status with my work permit. This should be enough time for the visitor extension. The funny thing is that the medical exam was a required document and I couldn't submit my application without it.
