Renew PR card

My card was expired, and get ready for renewal. Had some questions hope someone can help.

1. Do I need to send back the expired card with my application?

2. Do I need to copy every single page of my passport?

you can also ask if you need to send you application or keep it at home so that those immigration people would come and collect it directly at you place... Sorry I'm not trying to be rude however there are some question people don't want to answer. If you are not sure...please go on the CIC website or call them...personal I can help if some answer are not already provide by them. if they do have all information up to the CIC website..then no point of asking...

2. Yes and also send some other proof of having been in Canada. I suggest all your tax returns in the past 5 years and a bank letter from your employer stating you have worked full time since date x.
