Hi, i got my PR card in June 2008, but i stay only 250 days in last five years. My family staying there since August 2010. I applied Renewal for PR card with my family. I receive letter that i need to submit my exit & entry record from visiting country.
Please advice if i can not provide these records what will be happen & i do not want to stay in Canada due to job problem, but i need to visit my family. How can handle this situation.
Thanks & Best Regards

Admit to immigration that you do not meet the residency requirements. Ask to renounce your PR. Then have your wife sponsor you for PR again.

If you don't meet the residency requirements and the only reason you were gone was because of your job, you don't stand a chance to ask for special consideration. Immigration would just tell you that you could have had a job in Canada too.

Thank you so much, but 1st of all that my wife still don't have Citizenship & second that she is not working just taking care of our kids.
I already applied for PR card renewal with my family in August 2012 & i mentioned that i am staying in Canada. Now they are asking immigration history from United Arab Emirates for me only, if i'll submit the immigration history then it will be clear that i am not staying in Canada, please give me suggestion what should i replied in this case & i have to reply within one month.
Second, if they will not renew my PR Card then it is possible I can apply for visit visa & they will issue me the visa because i have to visit my family.
Regards

So you lied on your PR card application? What were you thinking? That immigration would not find out about it?
In any case, they will not renew your PR card.

I do not know how much trouble you are in for lying to them. You should either ask to withdraw your application or not reply to their requests making your application abandoned rather than admit to them that you lied.

Once your PR card is expired, if you are outside Canada, either renounce your PR or apply for a PR travel document to return telling the truth, that you have not been staying in Canada which they will then refuse and most likely revoke your PR. You can apply for a visit visa when your PR is gone. Ask for a multiple entry visa for 10 years. Usually they don't give visit visas for spouses of PR's but since you don't meet your residency requirements, they may not think that you would be a risk to overstay. If you can't get a visit visa, your wife will have to sponsor you for PR again.

Your wife does not have to be a citizen to sponsor you and she doesn't have to have specific amounts of income. You can state that you are the breadwinner and that you will work and support the family.

Yes, it was big mistake that i did.
It will take time to revoke my PR card/status, because some one told me that his friend has PR expired & he applied for Visit visa one year ago but still he didn't get it, the reason behind is that they inform him that still your PR status revoke decision has not yet been finalized. Once it finalized then we can take action on your visit visa application.

Thanks & Best Regards

PS

If you don't want to wait for your PR to be revoked, you can also renounce it.

Hi it is possible can i write them apologize letter & tell them every thing clear. Also mention them that i can not leave the other country job & i am the only breadwinner of my family. In the end i will ask them any other solution that i can visit here to my family, might be they will help me in visit visa & they will ask me to surrender the PR card.
Thanks
