Renew pr card, but don’t remember exactly the date of working history

I am filling the form to renew pr card, but I don’t remember exactly the day that I started working and stopped working. I changed my working place many times And just remmember which month not exactly the day.
If I put the wrong day of my working history in the form, will it be a trouble?
