renew Pr card application linked to an old one

i have linked my renew pr card to check the status of my application, but it linked to my PR card application (not renew one), that is belongs to 5 years ago. the submitted date is O.K, but the status showed that the final decision has been made 5 years ago.
what can i do?

i also faced the same problem....when did you submitted your PR renew application?
is it online Application or Paper application ?

Hi I applied on 22 October 2022. It was paper application and I tried to link it to my GC key.
