i am asking as behalf of my friend and thank you in advance for those who answer my questions.
1. Her file (whole package) was returned because she missed one signature .
So she mailed again and received her file number few weeks ago.
would her file go back to bottom or place where it is supposed to be?
2. her owp would be expired this fall and she plans to go home and come back to Canada a month prior to her owp is expired.
would she have a problem at the custom? (her husband would stay/work in Canada while she is visiting )
3. Can she renew her owp online outside Canada?
or Can her husband (their work permit would be expired around same time) renew her owp for her?
4. she is hoping to get pr this fall. I do not want to crush her hope, but when she would receive it?
