Removing Company from Work History

Can I remove my 1st Job from work history? It is only adding 10 months to my experience, I already have 6+ years of experience.

Also, do modifying EE profile many times will cause any issue?

Do I also need to change "the date I first became qualified to practice in this occupation" while removing my 1st job details from work history?
