Remote Work Experience

Can anyone please help.

I live in Riyadh and have 6 years of full time work experience (remote) for a company located in Dubai.

1. I need to know if this remote experience counts in Canadian immigration? I am planning to apply under PNP stream.
2. If yes, what documents would i need from my employer? (reference, salary, tax?)
