I received a remedical request. Just got my remeds done. My question is that where do I have to upload the the page received from med center since there is no upload option in my application.

What do the instructions in the email say. If there is no placeholder to upload in the application you need to upload through webform or send an email with attachment.

Remeds report is uploaded directly by the med team where you do your med exam. You do not have to upload any document or inform them..it's updated within a few days on CIC.
