Dec. 1/21 - "Medicals Received" ECAS message update. I take it from other forum threads that ECAS "medical received" means medical passed - is this so?

Yes, ECAS medical received = medical passed.

Once your ECAS status changes to `Decision made` from `in process`, PPR drops anytime.

Does it mean am approved and get the COPR visa on passport

Once your ECAS status changes to `Decision made` from `in process`, PPR drops anytime.
