Remedical for Student Visa after PPR

Hii, How many months before one can appear for Re medical before first one expires? Mine is expiring in Mid july and I am travelling in Mid august for fall 2021. So can I appear for Medical test in the month of May or I can appear only after mid july ? Please help.

And how many days it takes to update Re-medical in GC key?

You don't need to wait for the first one to expire. You can take the medical again anytime. I did that also since my travel to Canada would be over a year from my first medical.

I don't think it updated in the portal anymore. I didn't see it there. I just brought the document from the medical when I travelled to Canada, but they didn't ask for it anymore when I landed. I assume they can see it already from their end.

Nope. There's no indication of the medical on the travel document.
