Relocating one province to another as FSWP

Hi Experts,
Could you help me in understanding that If I need to relocate to another province as a PR, is there any requirement of updating CIC about this? and what will be the procedure for my medical card change? I don't think there is any need to renew the PR card because of relocation.

Any important note, I should keep in mind if relocating to the new province.

I am an FSWP Canadian PR but staying for more than two years outside and now coming back to Canada to start my life in Ontario.

You relocation to different province does not require PR card renewal or updates to CIC.
