Religion change and name

Hi all

I changed my name and religion due to which all my educational certificates are in previous name.I have documents to prove the name change and religion however due to social reasons could not disclose my name change for long. Therefore my experience certificate which is issued after the date of my conversion and name change is in my previous name.

In this case do i need to give any justification for the above ot is it a non issue.

please advise
