I am in a vicious dilemma. Actually, my processing for PR currently running from Singapore (at that moment) , but they have completed my CSQ (Quebec Selection Certificate) in the meantime from that province, also send me hard copy of that Certificate as I am going to Quebec .So, now they have mailed (from Singapore ) me to complete the MEDICAL EXAM and requested me to send the CSQ certificate in that mail but Panel Physicist told me that he will only send the EXAM reports through email and refused to send that certificate along with that EXAM reports . So what would be the plausible approach to send the CSQ Certificate? Did anyone faced this type of problem? Guys please share your personal experience and help me to work out this problem.
