Relevance of Transcript of decision when accepted as protected person ,after citizenship

Hi,
I am soon going to apply for citizenship. I lost my protected person document which was the transcript(reason/basis) of decision when I was declared protected person.
Will this information ever be relevant or needed anywhere anymore? I do have my pr card. Thank you
