Please I need some clarification regarding a family member declared in my Express Entry profile.
Before receiving my ITA, I declared that I have an uncle in Canada. However, I am now completing my post ITA application and I am concerned about whether I have sufficient documents to prove the relationship.
I am not claiming any CRS points for having an uncle in Canada, as his relationship did not contribute to my CRS score.
My question is: If my uncle can provide his birth certificate and Canadian citizenship document/passport, and my father’s birth certificate and my birth certificate can establish the relationship through the common parents, would that be sufficient to prove that he is my uncle, even if he did not declare my father as his brother in his own previous IRCC application?
