Relative to take care of living expenses

Hello Seniors,

I have the funds for the tuition fees. My aunt has offered that I could stay in her house so that I can save on living expenses. She is willing to give sponsorship letter for living expenses with documentary proof of her bank statement. Will this be an issue in getting the one year study permit? Any thoughts??
