Relative Information - Don't want points

Dear Friends,

My question is regarding filling out the Economic Class form question 10, regarding relative information. I have uncle in Canada who is citizen, but I do not wish to get his documents and get points awarded. But in the form, I believe I need to be true and say YES. But won't this be required for me to provide documents if I say yes?

I don't what that because of this my application is held and additional information is requested by CIC.

Need your expert opinion.

If you say no it will be easier. And if you say Yes and don't send supporting docs than it will also be ok. You will not get any point than.
