Relative in canada- claiming points

Dear Seniors(Qorax,Saki,,PMM)

I had submitted the following papers in order to claim 5 points from my aunt(Mother's sister). Pls. let me know, do i need to submit some thing else to London VO before they review my documents as its still Pending review.


1. My mother birth certificate
2. My grandfather Birth certificate
3. My Aunt birth certificate
4. A notary to state that all this
5. Aunt banking details
6. Aunt PR card and PP copy
7. Aunt elect. bill copy and income tax copy



Also shall I submit new bank statement to LONDON VO as i had submitted earlier on june 2010 as a bank summury.

PROOF OF STATUS:
those who are PR:
Record of Landing (IM1000), or
Conformation of PR, or
PR card

those who are citizen:
Photo page of a Canadian Passport, or
Canadian Citizenship Card

PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP:
Birth, Marriage, Adoption Certificate HAVING COMMON PARENT in your certificate

PROOF OF RESIDENCY:
lease agreements
the most recent Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency
an employer's letter conforming employment
monthly bills (one page of each bill)
credit card invoices and bank statements
[the evidence should show the relatives full name and address and MUST not more than 6 months old]
