Yes she is my father's sister and thanks for confirming, I would like to tell you that currently I am working in KSA and definiely will apply through London office so checklist of CHC London is different from CHC Islamabad ?? or marriage certificate is suffice for CHC London as well??

i just checked the london office checklist and it says the same as islamabad office checklist i.e.

"Proof of relationship to any close relative in Canada, such as birth, marriage or
adoption certificates and proof of that person's status in Canada."

It means if I am providing marriage certificate instead of BC so it will be enough.
Rest of documents I can easily arrange by herself which show her status in Canada.

yes, this is exatly what i am going to do. my wife's uncle is a canadian citizen. so i have collected the marriage certificates for my wife's uncle and my wife's father to prove the relationship. i hope this will work .
