Question 8 what does mean was your marriage arranged? I'm confused please help

In some cultures mostly Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi... it is not uncommon to have arranged marriages. This question is related to such cases and it asks to explain who arranged the marriage, where was it arranged how the whole thing happened.

It means the bride and groom didn't know each other before the wedding, or not well, or if they did know each other it was because they were already related. The parents of the two either hired someone to find a suitable match, or just asked an older family member to help find someone suitable. Then the two families, generally the parents, get together to discuss whether the two would be good partners for each other. If they decide yes, the two will meet, and then generally the wedding will take place very quickly afterwards.

If you meet someone and fall in love, then decide to get married, generally after knowing each other for some time, then this is not an arranged marriage.
