My uncle is Canada's Citizen. I am going to make my profile for immigration. For adding relationship points which documents are required?

-- Proof of his citizenship or pr status by providing Passport or PR card copies.
-- Proof of your relationship with him.. The official document (for example his birth certificate) with the name if his parent and your grandfather/mothers' name. So that you can establish that your parent and his parent are same ! then your birth certificate to prove your parent.
--- Your uncles document to establish that he is currently living in Canada. It could be a lease document on his name, utility bill on his name, bank activity letter, etc. so that CIC knows that he is also living in Canada.

Regards

thank you .
one thing i want to know whether the citizenship copies and other documents should be notarized or just photocopies?
secondly if birth certificate is not present then which other document can be used?
thirdly how can they send me all the documents? by courier or can i tell them to scan the copies and send me by mail or by fax?

No copies. Get the good resolution scans from them. Any other Official IDs establishing the parent ship. I don't think there could be any other more relevant document than the birth certificate !! You will have all the old birth certificate copies, get them translated in English !

Good Lcuk!
