Relationship History Document - Signatures

Hello,

I am preparing the documents needed for my wife's spousal sponsorship application.

One of them is the Relationship History Statement - Does this document need to be signed by both my wife and me ??

My wife is in a different country and it would be a long process to first send the document for her signature and then for her to courier it back to me.

Will my signature be sufficient ? or do I have to get her signature too ?

Anything that indicates it needs to be signed by both the sponsor and the applicant MUST be signed by both of you.
