Hi, has anyone been asked to provide documents for family members that they have in Canada after receiving an ITA? Specifically, if you said you have an uncle or aunt living in Canada, do you have to provide relations documents for them? Thanks

There is not such requests. The only family request is if you have a wife (or common-law).

I have got a request to furnish documents for my sister as i had said in my express entry profile that my sister is a resident of canada.

I will be uploading my sisters citizenship certificate and passport as proof.

I've heard of this happening alright Gary, I was wondering if it applied to uncles/aunts. I guess I'll find out

1. They also want the relationship proof, your sister's birth certificate, your birth certificate to prove relationship. Also proof of her residing in Canada, passport is not sufficient to show residency. This is especially true if you required the 5 points for the relationship in your profile to meet the 67 points.

Thanks for a heads up sir, i will definitely get hold of those documents as well.
