relationship development letter

Hi guys, a question: for outland sponsorship, but where we've lived together since 2014 (and of course are still living together) here in Canada, where I am Polish and he is Canadian, and we've known each other since 2011, as far as the relationship development letters go, is it ok if we write one together? My forms (sponsored person) have in the sponsored person's questionnaire q. 9 on describing the development of the relationship, and as far as I know his forms also have that question, and I was thinking, since we are putting this application together anyway, and we are living together, can we just have one letter signed by both of us? Or do they really want two letters? and if two, do we sign both of them together? Thanks

They want two letters to see if your stories match. I know sounds ridiculous but I have learned to not deviate even a little from their requirements.

We only wrote one; however, we are married and have a child together. Slightly different circumstances.

We each wrote one. I found it to be interesting to read each others letter and see the memories each of us had on how things progressed. I am certain they were good proof. They were one page each.
We both said the same about how relationship started and then they were very different in regard to things that occurred such as me writing about my first visit and hitting a dead deer on road with his truck and him writing about what an ordeal it was to get me to Skype .
I wrote about his marriage proposal and so did he but he mentioned getting the ring later and I mentioned him grilling steaks in weather of minus forty and then proposing.
It was hard to start the letters but we both went about it as if we were talking to a friend we hadn't seen in years and updating them on our life.
We lived apart and travelled back and forth every four months even after marriage. We were approved and I moved to Canada.
