I am working as Business analyst from September 2017 till date in Cerner health care solutions pvt Ltd (NOC 2171)
I worked as Senior test analyst from September 2016 till 2017 in Cerner health care solutions pvt ltd (NOC 2173)
I worked as test analyst from june 2014 till august 2016 in Cerner health care solutions pvt ltd (NOC 2173)
I worked as seasonal intern from Jan 2014 to june 2014 in Cerner health care solutions pvt ltd (NOC 2173).

Is it valid to enter different NOC in same company? and is it find to enter details like this in EE profile?

Yes it's fine, no issues with that. But you can't input more than one NOC for each job of course.
Note: Only include in work history, positions for which you are claiming points. The rest goes in personal history after you receive ITA.

Meaning you can't pick more than one NOC for each position. One position/job= One NOC.
(Sorry if I confused you, but just wanted to point that out just in case. Because someone asked me that once because they held two positions in the same company and wanted to claim more points.)
