guys, what are the chances of getting rejected after waiting 4 months for a study permit ?

Though it's highly unpredictable... but my experience from this forum tells me it's very very low... rejections have taken far less time to tell you the truth. The reason why they're taking so long because they have problems... it's nothing with your applications. Rejections come fairly early....

That's also what I know. They are making us thinking about the worst senarios possible, hopefully you will get yours soon brother.

Did you write 4 MONTHS?
Can you please tell when and from where did you apply?
And did you receive any updates in-between like any letter from embassy requesting additional documents?

It's gonna be 3 months and 10 days for me... I applied online, you don't want to know what it feels....

Believe me when i say that i already know how it feels. Complete 90 days as on 13 September 2016 and still waiting everyday with a diminishing hope piercing through the heart and making me miserable. The only thing that keeps me a tiniest bit optimist is the belief, the belief in that almighty, the belief that has kept me going in the most depressing moments of my life since my earliest breaths. I know somewhere all above us, He is gazing upon all and just at a right moment all this misery will end in a blink as i assure you that "There may be delay in HIS courts, but no injustice".

I would be glad if i was able to cheer you even a little bit.
I wish you and everyone out there, in the same boat, best of luck and hope to hear a good news anytime soon.

Yes bro, I applied paper application on May 19th from Qatar. They only asked for medicals on july and it was approved on July 19th. Since then nothing!
They only replied to one enqiry and said it is on security checks now, which was a month ago. Hopefully you all get good news very soon and me too

After 25 days since medical passed I received an email on Aug 30th that my application was updated but there was nothing changed. That was only hope I had, now that it's been so long I find my hopes diminishing as well...
