Can we have a simple rejection timeline thread?

As far as I know, most rejections occur within one month.

My timeline
AOR Date: Oct-9-2015
Rejection Date: Nov-4-2015
Reasons: US PCC was issued earlier than the last day I stayed in US. All PCC should be issued later than the departure date from the corresponding country.

Late rejections were usually due to reference letters or proof of funding not being convincing

It's only super long because many people have been asking general application questions there, rather than stating actual reasons for rejection. I support this spinoff thread.
