Rejection study permit for photo

Hello I submit my application but I scanned my photo with 300 dpi not 600dpi
Can I send a new photo or inform them or I should wait for CIC's message? Will they reject my application because of that?

I used 300 dpi photo as well, nothing bad has happened. I haven't received my study permit yet, but I already get the medical request, and passed the medical exam, and waiting for my PPR. So, I think if you have already uploaded 300 dpi photo, it's not that big of a trouble. But I would suggest you to contact IRCC to ask them about this, just in case.
