Hi All,

May be redundant in this forum but curios to know.

What are the major reason for PR rejection from CHC?

Any common patterns or vary case by case.

Regards,
Laxmikanth

May be there are more but most important are:

1- Not fall under 38 categories. (If apply under FSW cat 1)
2- Present false documents
3- Medical inadmissbility
4- Criminal records

Regards

Hi,

It can be varied, there's no standard pattern involved. It'll always be case-to-case basis. However, some of the 'rejection' reasons could be:

1. Improper filing of fields in the apps. -Sometimes w/out rejection the apps may just be returned though.
2. Leaving columns blank -Ditto
3. Case filed w/out being on the FSW NOC list.
4. Improper filing of the NOC codes against exp pages.
5. Mismatch between the JDs declared against the JDs of the NOC.
6. The IO/VO opines that one's duties do not prove the requirement of the NOC proposed.
7. Insufficient declaration & supporting docs for the POF.
8. Tremendous delay in submission of additional docs, when requested by the CHC.
9. Medical / Criminal inadmissibility.
10. Others...

Hope that helps.
HAPPY NEW YEAR !

Hi Everybody,

Hope all of you are fine.

I have completed 10-Years Secondary + 2-Years Higher Education. Then after I have done 3-Years Diploma (not Degree) in Software Engineering.

As, on the Expression of Interest page, I am lying in one of the two options in Factor 4: Education:

  • One post-secondary program of three years or more
  • One post-secondary program of two years

While submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI), the following two options are given:

*What is your highest level of education?

  • Two year post-secondary certificate
  • Three or more year post-secondary degree

Comparing the above two matches, which option should I select in submitting the Expression of Interest (EOI). Please help in detail.

Regards,

Huda
